| You should be looking upon design with the fine balance of the aesthetic and the functional. End-user experience and usability is your greatest concern. If you are someone who is interested in spending more time understanding client's design requirements + constraints, research for new ideas and then work with a designer to implement concepts. You are someone who will be of an interest to us. You should have experience in designing information and functional driven websites that are of mid-complexity type. |

Understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (Shockwave, Flash, Java, DHTML, Ajax etc.). |

Must be self-motivated, good communicator, comfortable with following direction, thrive on multidisciplinary teams, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines. |

Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. |
